Privacy Policy & Data Statement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Zero personal data collection, zero tracking beacons, and complete client-side computational isolation.
1. The Core Architecture: Client-Side Execution
All calculation inputs including slab length, width, thickness, aggregate tonnage, and mulch bed area are evaluated strictly within your browser's execution thread utilizing client-side JavaScript.
Mathematical inputs, structural dimensions, and project calculations are never transmitted to, processed by, or logged on any external backend server infrastructure.
2. Zero-Cookie & Tracking Telemetry Policy
AggregateYard maintains a zero-tracking standard. We explicitly do not employ:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies (No Facebook Pixel, No Google Ads tracking tags).
- Invasive behavior-recording scripts (No session replays, No click heatmaps).
- Fingerprinting beacons or cross-site tracking IDs.
Because absolutely no non-essential tracking cookies exist on this platform, intrusive consent banners ("cookie popups") are completely unnecessary under GDPR and ePrivacy regulations.
3. Browser Local Storage & Job Manifest Payload
The "Job Manifest" / "Quick Job Sheet" feature utilizes your browser's native localStorage API exclusively. This allows you to save temporary estimate line items on your local hardware for immediate reference.
This local data never leaves your client device and cannot be inspected or accessed by AggregateYard. You may destroy this data instantly via your browser cache controls or by clicking the "Clear Manifest" action within the application.
4. Server Log Data & CDN Caching
Our edge CDN providers (such as Cloudflare or Vercel) maintain standard, automated technical web server logs (including IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp) strictly for DDoS defense, SSL handshake integrity, and cache routing.
These transient logs are infrastructure-level requirements and are never combined with user identities, calculation records, or estimating behaviors.
5. Regulatory Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CalOPPA)
AggregateYard operates in full compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Because absolutely zero Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is gathered, stored, rented, or sold to third-party data brokers, data portability, deletion, and "Do Not Sell My Info" requests are fulfilled by design through our zero-data architecture.
6. Direct Contact & Privacy Inquiries
For official inquiries regarding structural compliance or data privacy, you may reach our compliance channel at [email protected] or submit a request through the platform's contact portal.
